When travelling amidst the train strikes, I needed a last minute taxi to take me a 45min journey from Frome to my car. I booked with M&H taxis fairly last minute and they collected me at the agreed place exactly on time. The price was very fair and reasonable, the driver very friendly and was able to complete my journey - without them I would have been unable to make it home! I ended up accidentally leaving my phone in the taxi - the driver very kindly packaged and posted it back to me via special delivery, including sending me the reference number so I could track the parcel, and would not accept repayment for the delivery charge! I could not recommend M&H taxis more.

He was very knowledgable of the area and made what would normally be a regular taxi ride, an interesting one with facts and historical information. He was super friendly and down to earth and made the experience overall fantastic. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness we were provided on our first trip to Bath. We used Henry throughout our stay in and around Babington and he will always be the person I call from now on. From the very first moment we met Henry at Bath Spa station he was an absolute delight - friendly, welcoming, helpful and reliable. I booked a taxi a week prior and the call handler did some a little confused. He said he was driving and had to call me back. He took the details and 3 mins later, he called again to confirm. Admittedly, I was a little worried that he wouldn’t turn up or got the wrong details. On the day, he called to confirm and it went to miss call. I called him back and asked if he was calling to confirm. He didn’t understand me and told me he was fully booked. After a bit more chatter, he realised I had pre booked and confirmed my booking. I felt reassured. He came a little earlier and was polite, friendly and professional. I would very pleased with the service. Thank you!
